The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computational Engineering, and Communication. Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working in Egypt and abroad. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Signal Processing, Power Eelctronics, Communication Engineering, Digital Electronics, Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical Machines, Image Processing and related areas. The itSIP conference is organsied by the Association of Computer Electronics and Electrical Engineers (ACEEE) and sponsored by the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). The presented, and registered FULL Papers and SHORT Papers will be published in the IET Digital Library and IEEE Xplore; and the POSTER papers and TUTORIAL Papers will be published in the Search Digital Library.

Extended version of the registered, presented and selected FULL PAPERS and SHORT PAPERS alone will be published in the special issues of the following journals.
